Alex Pruss's Palm Shareware
- FontSmoother (hi-res PalmOS 5, including Clie NX, LifeDrive, TX, Treo 650+, Centro, etc.): Use elegant, clear and smooth fonts
on your PalmOS PDA or phone. Includes dozens of free font packages, in various
sizes (some smaller than the standard fonts, some the same size, and some bigger),
and including Android fonts, as well as Cyrillic and Polish. My best selling utility.

- myKbd (T3, T5, LifeDrive and TX): Use an optimized
hexagonal-key
ATOMIK or Metropolis (or a nice QWERTY) keyboard in your input area, with
punctuation characters, macros and accents accessible. Or load a variety of different
skins in the input area, recolor skins and status bars, etc. myKbd does
everything mySkin does, plus has the support for hexagonal keys (a
discounted
upgrade is available for mySkin users). Lots of free skins are
available and there is a free
Windows-based skin generator.

- mySkin (for T3, T5, LifeDrive and TX): Load a variety of different

- FastLaunch (for Treo 650 and up, and Centro): Launch any application (or Desk Accessory)
simply by holding down its first letter and choosing from a popup list. Many applications can even
be launched on top of another application, with the first application remaining in memory (very useful
for popping up the Tasks or Calendar on top of the web browser!).

- Accenter (hi-res PalmOS 5, including Clie NX, LifeDrive, TX, Treo 650+, Centro, etc.):
Enter accented characters for European languages very quickly. For instance, on
devices with a directional navigator (e.g., Treo and Centro), in French mode if
you press 'e', you get a semi-transparent display showing 'ê', 'è',
'é', and 'ë', which you can choose with a press of a directional navigator key
(or with a screen tap).
If you just want a plain 'e', you can ignore the display and keep on typing as if it never
showed up. Includes support for French, German, Polish, Spanish, Swedish, as well as for
entering special "Programming" characters like {}[], and you can easily make new layouts.

- AtomClock (PalmOS 5 device with Internet access): Synchronize your device's clock with
atomic clocks on the web, either manually or nightly.

See
here
for a list of my software at PalmGear, including both freeware and shareware. Some of it is co-authored.
There is also more of my freeware at 1SRC, and another
partial list here.
My most popular sole-authored freeware application is NVBackup,
a powerful backup utility for NVFS-based PalmOS devices like the Centro, Treo 600+, Palm T5, TX, TE2 and LifeDrive.
I am also on the teams for PalmBible+, Plucker
and AstroInfo.
