1. ScreenDim Full/Trial does not have any Internet-access permissions and hence does not send any usage or tracking information back to me (i.e., Omega Centauri Software).
2. I get aggregated sales statistics from Amazon (Amazon region, date, number of sales), and brag about it to family members and occasionally others. I haven't found sales information about individual users in the statistics, but I haven't looked very hard. What's the point? If I do find specific sales information, I'm not going to share your name or contact information beyond any legal requirements.
3. If you contact me by email for support, then your email will presumably be stored in my gmail mailbox for many years.
4. I have legal obligations under national and local laws in several jurisdictions, including the United States and Canada, and unless I judge civil disobedience to be morally required, I plan to abide by these legal obligations.
